Members joining any chit group do so at their own risk and based on their own due diligence of the operator. Chitly does not verify the financial capability, credibility, or legal standing of any operator beyond basic KYC at signup.
If you have a dispute with a chit fund operator, please contact them directly or approach the Registrar of Chits in your state. Chitly cannot mediate financial disputes.
